Stephen Kwasi Oware-Dweteh is a seasoned technology and software solutions leader with over 10 years of experience delivering innovative digital products, enterprise software, and large-scale live streaming solutions across Africa.

As the CEO of Tackle Hubs, he leads multidisciplinary teams in developing web and mobile applications, enterprise broadcast systems, and digital transformation initiatives for corporate, government, and international organizations.

Stephen has successfully delivered technology solutions for organizations including UNESCO, ECOWAS, the African Union (AU), Prudential Bank, PharmaSymbiosis Group, Groupe-ethica, Accra Metropolitan University and Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, as well as major financial institutions, media companies, and healthcare organizations.

His expertise spans software product development, IT strategy, systems architecture, networking, enterprise live streaming, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

In addition to his executive leadership roles, Stephen has served as a lecturer at GH Media School, where he trained aspiring developers in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and WordPress.

He is passionate about bridging business needs with practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

Stephen holds a BSc in Information Technology from Ghana Communication Technology University and is fluent in English and Twi. He is married to his beautiful Wife Jennifer and blessed with two wonderful kids.
